Greetings Earptopians and potential Earptopians!

Today is 20 June, 2024 and we are exactly 15 weeks from the first day of the first Earp con in Calgary! (okay, so we’re a day late! Sorry!)

It is our intention to send these newsletters out once a week (perhaps more often as we get closer) to give you a round-up of what was announced that week and to give you reminders of where to go to find things. So, where do we stand right now and what’s new this week?

ANNOUNCING: Specialty Photo Ops Experience at Heritage Park!

• We cannot tell you how thrilled we are to announce something that has never been done at an Earp con before and very few if any cons at all: a photo ops package with members of the cast and showrunner at a location where the show was filmed!
• Our Specialty Photo Ops Experience at Heritage Park will include two duo photo ops (Melanie & Emily and Dom & Kat) at the Wainwright Hotel, the very location the champagne party of 1×12 and 1×13 were filmed!
• Melanie & Emily will be in the space where the party happened while Dom & Kat will be in front of the stairs Waverly descended. This experience includes both duo photo ops, transportation there and back, catered breakfast at the Wainwright hotel, as well as opportunities for your own photos at two other locations Wynonna Earp filmed (including the Blacksmith’s shop!). DIDSBURY DAY:

• The main reason we’re a day late in this newsletter is the Earptopia staff were in Didsbury yesterday, meeting the mayor (!!) and making final plans. The town is SO excited to welcome Earpers! Keep an eye on our socials over the next few days news!

HOMESTEAD BASE TICKET:

• In the coming newsletters, on socials, and on our website, we will be announcing details of the amazing items we’ll be including in the Homestead Base Ticket. These include being able to hold and get photos with the People’s Choice Awards and Canadian Screen Award Wynonna Earp one, the Wynonna Earp wardrobe store, multiple props and activities in our “selfie room”, and more, all included with your Homestead Base Ticket.
