Do you forget English words like ‘paint’ when someone says to you, “Dani Kind and Charlotte Sullivan are painting in a room with you!”? Do you like gnomes? If the answer to any of those questions is ‘Yes’, then this Halloween themed Special Event is for you!
Halloween Hoopla Terms & Conditions
- ALL sales are final and non-refundable. As with other tickets/credentials, tickets can be transferred to another attendee (if, for instance, they are sold by the ticket holder) by following the instructions in our FAQ for “If I am not able to attend, can I sell my bundle/ticket to someone else”: https://www.earptopia.com/frequently-asked-questions/#c39ee383654855923
- This is a non-alcoholic event. No alcohol will be allowed into the room. No exceptions.
- No open containers of liquid (drinks of any kind) will be allowed at tables where paint or art supplies of any kind are present. Closed containers or open containers at a separate nearby table are allowed.
- No photos of any kind will be allowed during the event while Melanie and Charlotte are present. We will have photographers present to capture moments, and you may take photos before the guests arrive and/or after they depart.
