Today is 18 July, 2024, and we are exactly 11 weeks from the first day of the first Earp con in Calgary!

It is our intention to send these newsletters out once a week (perhaps more often as we get closer) to give you a round-up of what was announced that week and to give you reminders of where to go to find things. SALES:

No new sales this weekend (and everyone’s credit card breathes a sigh of relief!). That being said, there are still a number of Meet & Greets available for some of our fantastic guests. They may be first time con-guests but guess what? That means they are sure to have some amazing Wynonna Earp stories to tell that no one’s ever heard! ANNOUNCING HALLOWEEN HOOPLA:

BADGE PRINT:

As we previously announced, the front of the badge that comes with every ticket was designed by Wynonna Earp comic book artists Chris Evenhuis. This image was exclusively designed for Earptopia. We’re happy to announce that 100 prints of that same design, individually numbered and signed by Chris himself, will be available for purchase at the convention. The prints are on A4 size cardstock and will be $35 CAD each. More information on when and where the sales will take place will be announced closer to the con. You won’t want to miss out on one of these beautiful prints!

HOMESTEAD BASE TICKET:

No extras? NO PROBLEM! We have an exciting program of events that are included in the Homestead Base Ticket. This week, we highlight three more stations that will be in our Selfie Room: the Leopard Print Chairs station, the Thank You Tubi station, and the World Map station.

• Leopard Print Chairs Station: Come sit / lounge / file your nails / scream “For Freedom!” in Cleo Clanton’s contribution to the décor of the Sheriff’s Office. These chairs can be seen in the background of several scenes, including the Wynonna/Nicole boxing scene.
• Thank You Tubi Station: This station will have a poster thanking Tubi which all attendees are invited and encouraged to sign. After you sign it, feel free to take a photo with it and post it on social media tagging them so they feel the gratitude and love!
• World Map Station: This station will have a world map as well as dot stickers so you can indicate on the map where you came from. Let’s see from how far and wide Earpers hail!
