Today is 15 August, 2024, and we are exactly 7 weeks from the first day of the first Earp con in Calgary!

It is our intention to send these newsletters out once a week (perhaps more often as we get closer) to give you a round-up of what was announced that week and to give you reminders of where to go to find things. WYNONNA EARP: VENGEANCE:

Note: while we are thrilled about Vengeance (and we truly are!!!), we (Earptopia) are promoting the upcoming movie as fans. Please do not assume we know something (because we don’t) or that this is an indication of something that might happen at this con (because it is not). Please, as Earpers, just enjoy the trailer and the fact we have more Earp!!!!!

HOMESTEAD BASE TICKET:

No Extras, no problem! We have a full slate of activities planned that require nothing more than a homestead base ticket. Today we highlight two things:

Group Photos:

In order to help foster a sense of community and in an effort to help Earptopia attendees find people they have something in common with and to help make connections and memories, we are planning on having scheduled ‘group photos’ in our Selfie Room where all attendees under certain ‘categories’ can all get together for a group photo!

The form below is not a commitment: Earptopia is not committing to be able to schedule each photo below (though we’ll try!) and even if you sign up below, you are not committing to attend if we have said group photo. This is just to gauge interest and use the time that we have in the best way possible. And if you do NOT sign up below, you can STILL attend any scheduled group photos.

In Memoriam:

Wynonna Earp first aired in April 2016. It has been an amazing, fantastic, wonderful, crazy, beautiful journey for the last eight and a half years. Unfortunately, during that time, we have lost some Earpers whose memories are cherished.

We will have a table set up to remember and honor those Earpers that are no longer with us. You can submit messages/photos which we will print and will have a place for people to leave written messages at our memorial table, as well. You do not have to be attending Earptopia to submit an Earper Memoriam.
