AUTO ROOM WAITLIST AND OTHER INFORMATION

• All attendees entering the autograph room MUST check in at the front table before entering
• FIVE guests will require you to get on a waitlist: Melanie, Dom, Kat, Emily, and
  Charlotte
  • The waitlist for Dom/Kat/Emily/Charlotte will open at 8 am every morning and will roll over every day. It will not reset. This means, if you got on the waitlist on Friday, but were never called, you will still be on the waitlist Saturday and be much closer to the top. Note, however, if you ARE called and choose not to show up, you will lose your spot on the waitlist; it will not roll over and you’ll have to sign up again
  • Melanie’s waitlist will open at 8 am on Saturday
  • When it is your turn, you will receive a text and an email to come to the front table; you will be checked in and given a ticket for the specific person for whom you are called
    • You must report to the front table within 15 minutes of being called or risk losing your spot
  • Only the person on the waitlist who was given a ticket may enter the room
    • If a support person is needed, they may accompany you in line but not at the table. The support person cannot purchase anything and should wait for you on the other side of the table.

• The rest of the guests will not have a waitlist. They first come, first served.
  • You must still check in at the front table, if there is no room in the person’s line you wish to visit, you’ll be asked to wait outside the autograph room until there is room
• There will be chairs available for those that need to sit down, check with one of the volunteers for assistance.
• Once your auto/selfie is complete, please exit the room accordingly. Lingering in the auto room is not allowed.
• No photos are allowed in the auto room except for paid selfies

Earptopia is Calgary’s first Wynonna Earp fan convention, running 4–6 October 2024. Calgary, Alberta CA is the gorgeous filming location of the supernatural western series and Earptopia 2024 is thrilled to be hosting it’s event in the home of Wynonna Earp.
