Greetings Earptopians and potential Earptopians!

Today is 1 August, 2024, and we are exactly 9 weeks from the first day of the first Earp con in Calgary!

It is our intention to send these newsletters out once a week (perhaps more often as we get closer) to give you a round-up of what was announced that week and to give you reminders of where to go to find things. We are so excited to announce the photo ops that will be available at our con with the currently announced guests!

Photo Ops

We also already know some of the questions you’ll have. Hopefully, this will answer most of them, but if not, you can always contact us on social media or emailing us at info@earptopia.com.

  • Will the photo op I want sell out / be available at the con?
    • As much as we’d like to be able to give a definitive answer to this, we cannot. What we can say is yes, some things might sell out online. Those same things might be available on site at the con. We are seeing all of your feedback and we truly are trying to make as many opportunities available.
  • What if I have specialty photo ops Friday morning? Can I still get the photo I want?
    • YES! All photo ops that are available Friday morning are also available Friday afternoon or at another time during the weekend.

SALES:

THIS WEEKEND, 3 August 2024, Halloween Hoopla Paint & Greet with Melanie Scrofano and Charlotte Sullivan goes on sale at 12:00 pm  Eastern Time.

ALSO THIS WEEKEND, 3 August 2024, all Photo Ops will go on sale at 12:30 pm Eastern Time.

HOMESTEAD BASE TICKET:

No extras? NO PROBLEM! We have an exciting program of events that are included in the Homestead Base Ticket. This week we want to double down on a Thank You Tubi poster we’ll have in our Selfie Room. All attendees are invited to come to the Selfie Room, sign our poster, take photos with it, and send all the love to our newest favorite streamer! This is our chance to go all in for Tubi!

Earptopia is Calgary’s first Wynonna Earp fan convention, running 4–6 October 2024. Calgary, Alberta CA is the gorgeous filming location of the supernatural western series and Earptopia 2024 is thrilled to be hosting it’s event in the home of Wynonna Earp.
