Today is 27 June, 2024 and we are exactly 14 weeks from the first day of the first Earp con in Calgary!

It is our intention to send these newsletters out once a week (perhaps more often as we get closer) to give you a round-up of what was announced that week and to give you reminders of where to go to find things. ANNOUNCING: Didsbury Day!

• The news you’ve been waiting for! We are excited to announce the details of Didsbury Day, Thursday 3 October, 2024. Come walk in Wynonna’s footsteps, come see Nicole Haught’s work building, come visit the throne from the Garden of Eden, come sample multiple restaurants from around town, come go on a scavenger hunt to see ALL the important sites of Purgatory (aka Didsbury)! All this plus transportation from the Hyatt Downtown Calgary to Didsbury and back and so much more!

UPDATE: Friday Specialty Photo Ops Experience at Heritage Park

• We previously indicated that this experience would require ~0.5 km walk in both directions from the entrance to the Wainwright hotel and back. We are excited to announce that that walk will NOT be required. Our transportation will drop attendees off right at the hotel.

• We previously announced that Natascha Girgis, first time Earp convention guest, would be at all three days of Earptopia. Unfortunately, Natascha will not be able to join us on Sunday, but she will still be joining us Friday and Saturday.
