The cost of a Vendor Badge is

$125 CAD + tax and fees
OR a Vendor Badge / Entrance Badge Combo is $375 CAD + taxes and fees

We review applications weekly and will let you know within 7 days of applying if you’ve been accepted and where to purchase a ticket. Once given this information, you will have two weeks to purchase the table/combo, after which, the table may or may not remain available.

Are you an artist/creator?

Do you want an audience to show off and sell your art/creations to? Do you want to have a chance to interact with other artists? Have you always dreamt of sitting in the Grand Foyer of a hotel in Downtown Calgary, Alberta for three days? Then apply to be a Vendor at Earptopia 2024!

Each Vendor Table will include the following:

  • One 6’ table with black cloth covering
  • Two chairs
  • Two physical badges which will allow you and an assistant access to the convention vendor area and the panel room only. Any person that wishes to access other parts of the convention or purchase extras, must have a base homestead entrance badge (which can be purchased with either the Vendor/Entrance Badge combo or purchased separately)
  • Promotion of your table by Earptopia in the form of one Social Media post, listing on our webpage, and listing in our Program (listing in the Program requires purchasing of Vendor Badge by the stated deadline)
  • Early access to the convention space for set up Thursday night and each morning
  • Hundreds of Earpers (including maybe some cast or crew!) passing by your table to see your art and whom you can sell to

Restrictions and Terms & Conditions:

  • It is strictly prohibited to hang anything on the wall behind the table without the express permission of Earptopia
  • Vendor Badge allows access to vendor room and panel room ONLY. Any person that wishes to access other parts of the convention or purchase extras, must have a base Homestead entrance badge (which can be purchased with either the Vendor/Entrance Badge Combo or purchased separately)
  • Earptopia is not liable or responsible for any lost or damaged items in unattended or attended stalls. You are solely responsible for securing your items
  • You may not sell any food, drink, or other consumable substances at or from your table
  • Earptopia is not liable for collection or payment of any taxes you may be responsible for due to sales you make
  • To give our attendees as much opportunity to visit your table, Earptopia requests and hopes you’ll attend and have your table set up for all three days we’re in the main Venue Hotel.
  • Vendors are also bound by Earptopia’s main Terms & Conditions.

As space in the vendor area is limited and to ensure a wide variety of items and artistic viewpoints are represented, we will be requesting a description and examples of what you’ll have at your table in the application and, unfortunately, may not be able to offer a vendor table to all those that apply.  It is imperative that you give us a valid email address which you check regularly through which we can let you know if you’ve been accepted.
